Morning

In the shadows, she waited meekly, for the sunrise, while he paced furiously looking for her.

And the clock ticked in its unhurried rhythm.

The monster lay buried all day, waiting. Hidden from everyone. He emerged at night.

Like an animal stalking the prey, he loomed large.

Only daybreak can save her. But this night had no morning though.
